A little preparation goes a long way.
What should I send when I get in touch?
Send the property address, square footage, preferred dates, and your contact info. Mention any special features, amenities, or twilight photography you want included.
How should I prepare the property?
- Declutter & Clear: Hide personal items, trash cans, loose cords, and counter clutter.
- Surface Polish: Make beds, straighten furniture, and wipe down mirrors and windows.
- Lighting & Air: Check that all bulbs work, turn on lamps, and turn off ceiling fans.
- Window Blinds: Tilt open all blinds to a level, uniform horizontal position.
- Exterior: Move vehicles out of the driveway and away from exterior views.
- Access: Ensure all interior rooms and exterior gates are unlocked and accessible.
When will I receive my photographs?
Standard delivery is next day, with professional editing and a private downloadable gallery. Confirm your required delivery date when booking, especially for a larger project.
Do you serve my area?
I serve the entire Dallas–Fort Worth area. I often group sessions by area; let’s find a date that works.
What if the weather changes?
Weather cancellations are free of charge. We’ll discuss the conditions and arrange the next step together.
