Same-day properties: Two properties in the same area on one day save $25. Three save $50.
Regular clients: Complete five paid shoots within six months and earn 25% off for the next month.
Rewards combine, with a $150 minimum per shoot. Credits are valid for two months and have no cash value. I’ll confirm your savings with your quote.
Booking several properties?
We’ll coordinate sessions in the same area and confirm your combined quote. Ask about custom arrangements for four or more properties or regular monthly work.

What happens if I need to cancel?
Weather cancellations are free of charge. Other same-day cancellations carry a $30 fee. Contact David to discuss rescheduling.
Do you offer aerial photography?
Yes, aerial photography is available as an add-on, subject to location, airspace, and weather conditions.
Can I use the images to market the property?
Yes. Your images are licensed for your own property and business marketing, including listings, your website, social media, and printed materials. Please discuss use by another business or third party with David first.
